Alemi Translation Group Inc.

Professional Translation for Global Communication.

Our Services

Official translation services for a wide range of documents, duly recognized by universities, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations. This includes, but is not limited to, various certificates (such as birth, marriage, and divorce certificates), property-related documents, educational records from schools and universities, certificates of good conduct, passports for renewing residence permits or applying for citizenship, as well as an array of texts, letters, books, and more.

Principles of Document Submission and Receipt

In all cases, providing the original document for official translation is mandatory. However, if the applicant does not have access to the original documents, translations can be performed based on a copy or a scanned version. Applicants can send their documents to the specified email address or visit the document submission section in person.

Fee Structure
Official Translation Services

1) Translation with Official Seal

  • Rates determined by volume and complexity
Pricing is calculated based on the word count, number of pages, and the specialized nature of the document (administrative, legal, medical, academic, immigration, etc.). Documents that include technical vocabulary, legal terms, or require precise formatting will be priced higher due to the extra time and expertise needed.
  • Official Seal & Certification
When required, translations can be delivered with an official seal (stamp/signature of a certified translator), recognized by government authorities, universities, courts, and other official bodies. This ensures the translation is accepted as a valid, authentic document.
  • Proofreading & Quality Assurance
Each translation includes careful proofreading by a second qualified translator or reviser to ensure accuracy, consistency, and fidelity to the original. This step adds time, but ensures high quality.
  • Expedited / Rush Service
For urgent requests (e.g. same day, 24-hour turnaround, or very short deadlines), an additional fee may apply. The percentage depends on how tight the deadline is, the total volume, and whether the translator must prioritize your project.
  • Revisions & Corrections
Clients are entitled to request corrections or revisions to ensure compliance with official requirements or satisfaction. Minor corrections are included; major revisions (e.g. rewriting large sections or translating additions) may incur extra charges.
  • Customized Quotation
Before work begins, each project is assessed individually. After reviewing your document, its content, formatting, urgency, and whether a seal or certification is required, a detailed written quote will be provided. No work starts without your approval of that quote.
  • Legal, Institutional & Immigration Use
If the translation is intended for legal, immigration, academic credential evaluations, or any where official recognition is essential, extra care is taken. Sometimes additional documentation or notarization may be needed.
  • Confidentiality & Security
All documents are handled with strict confidentiality. Digital transfers are secured; if original documents are involved (for seal or notary), safe handling protocols are used.
  • Delivery Options
    Translations can be delivered as:
      • Secure, electronically sealed PDF
      • Certified hard copy (if required by the receiving institution)
      • Additional postage/shipping may apply for physical copies.
  • Scope of Service
This option applies when a document has already been translated (by another translator or by the client) and requires a professional review to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with official standards. Once revised, the translation is issued with an official seal to certify its validity.
  • Starting Fee
The service begins at 10 CAD per page, with the final fee determined by the word count, complexity, and condition of the original translation. If extensive corrections are required due to inaccuracies, the cost may increase to reflect the additional work.
  • Quality Assessment
    The revision process includes:
      • Verification of the translation’s accuracy against the original Persian document.
      • Correction of errors in grammar, terminology, or meaning.
      • Adjustments to formatting or structure to meet institutional requirements.
      • Ensuring consistency of specialized vocabulary (legal, medical, academic, etc.).
  • Official Certification
Once the translation has been fully reviewed and corrected, it is certified with an official seal (stamp and signature of a certified translator). This ensures that the document is accepted by government authorities, immigration offices, courts, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Turnaround Time
Delivery times vary depending on the length of the document and the extent of corrections required. Urgent revision and certification requests may be subject to an additional surcharge.
  • Delivery Options
Certified translations are provided either as a secure, electronically sealed PDF or as a certified hard copy. Additional fees may apply for printing, mailing, or courier delivery of physical copies.
  • Confidentiality
All client documents are treated with the highest degree of confidentiality. Secure handling protocols are in place for both digital and physical documents.
  • As a commissioner for oaths, I can administer sworn statements, declarations, and certify documents as required under Quebec law.
  • Fee: 5 CAD per stamp/seal.
  • This service is available for affidavits, statutory declarations, and other official documents requiring sworn confirmation.
  • Payment Policy
A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of any assignment, particularly for high-volume or urgent projects. The balance is payable upon delivery of the completed work. Invoices are due according to the payment terms indicated on the quotation. Late payments may be subject to administrative charges or interest in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec.
  • Delivery of Certified Translations
Certified translations are provided either as:
      • a secure, electronically sealed PDF, or
      • a certified hard copy bearing the official seal and signature of the translator.
Physical copies can be collected in person or shipped by mail or courier at the client’s expense. For time-sensitive deliveries, clients are responsible for requesting express courier services.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection
All documents entrusted to the translator are treated as strictly confidential. Personal data and sensitive information will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required (e.g., by a court order). Secure electronic transfer protocols are used for digital files, and all physical documents are stored and handled with care to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Governing Law
All services are provided in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and, where applicable, the professional standards of certified translators recognized by OTTIAQ.
